How to make it
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). A 2–3 minute preheat is optional but helps browning.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
- Start checking at the 8-minute mark — air fryer models vary quite a bit.
Tip: Chill them 15 minutes before cooking so they hold together. Flip gently.
Times assume a standard 1500–1800W basket air fryer. Compact or very full baskets can need 2–3 extra minutes; large oven-style units often finish a bit sooner.
