How to make it
- Set the air fryer to 380°F (195°C). A 2–3 minute preheat is optional but helps browning.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking.
- Start checking at the 15-minute mark — air fryer models vary quite a bit.
Tip: Soak cut potatoes in cold water 30 minutes, dry well, toss with oil.
Times assume a standard 1500–1800W basket air fryer. Compact or very full baskets can need 2–3 extra minutes; large oven-style units often finish a bit sooner.
