How to make it

  1. Set the air fryer to 380°F (195°C). A 2–3 minute preheat is optional but helps browning.
  2. Cook for 22–25 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
  3. Check doneness with a thermometer: it's ready at an internal temperature of 165°F.

Tip: Start skin-side down, flip halfway. Skin comes out shatter-crisp.
