How to make it

  1. Set the air fryer to 400°F (205°C). A 2–3 minute preheat is optional but helps browning.
  2. Cook for 20–25 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
  3. Check doneness with a thermometer: it's ready at an internal temperature of 165°F.

Tip: Flip every 8 minutes. Toss in sauce after cooking, not before.

Times assume a standard 1500–1800W basket air fryer. Compact or very full baskets can need 2–3 extra minutes; large oven-style units often finish a bit sooner.
